Welcome to Kyoto HS (kyotohs.com). By accessing our website and making a purchase, you (the “Customer” or “User”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before processing any transaction.
1. Nature of the Service and Products
Kyoto HS is an e-commerce platform specializing in the retail distribution of intangible digital goods, including, but not limited to: recharge pins, digital gift cards, and activation codes for entertainment platforms and video games. We do not sell physical goods. No product purchased on this website requires or includes postal shipping or physical delivery.
2. Digital Delivery Policy
All our products are delivered exclusively in digital format (alphanumeric text or activation links).

Upon successful payment confirmation through our authorized gateways (such as PayPal), the Kyoto HS system will dispatch the digital code automatically.

The code will be displayed on the order confirmation screen (“Thank you for your purchase”) and a copy will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer during the checkout process.

The Customer is solely responsible for providing a valid email address free of typographical errors.
3. Refund and Return Policy (Final Sales)
Due to the nature of single-use, instant-activation digital goods, all sales made on Kyoto HS are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

Once the PIN code has been generated and delivered (via web or email), it cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged under any circumstances.

We are not responsible if the Customer purchases a code for an incorrect platform, for a geographic region incompatible with their account, or makes an error in product selection.

Disputes or claims initiated through payment processors (such as PayPal) arguing “Item Not Received” when our server logs demonstrate successful digital delivery will be answered by presenting these Terms and Conditions as proof of acceptance of the final sale.
4. Responsibility and Geographical Restrictions (Region Lock)
Certain digital codes sold on our platform are subject to geographical restrictions imposed by video game publishers or platforms (e.g., codes exclusive to USA, Global, or LATAM accounts). It is the Customer’s absolute responsibility to read the product description before purchase to verify regional compatibility. Kyoto HS will not issue refunds for codes purchased for incorrect regions.
5. Fraud Prevention and Security
To protect our operational integrity and comply with payment processor regulations, Kyoto HS reserves the right to:

Hold, delay, or cancel any order that our system flags as suspicious or at high risk of fraud.

Request additional information from the Customer (identity verification process or KYC) to validate the ownership of the PayPal account or credit card used, before releasing the digital codes.

In the event of detecting unauthorized transactions or signs of money laundering, the order will be immediately canceled and the funds returned to the original funding source.
6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Trademarks
Kyoto HS acts as an independent distributor. All trademarks, logos, game names, and third-party platforms (such as Roblox, Free Fire, Garena, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc.) mentioned on this site are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Kyoto HS does not claim official affiliation, representation, or direct sponsorship by these entities unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kyoto HS guarantees that the delivered codes are legitimate and have not been previously used. However, we are not responsible for account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by video game developers on the Customer for violating the terms of service of such external platforms.
8. Contact and Technical Support
If you experience a genuine technical issue where a delivered code shows an “Already Used” or “Invalid Code” error at the exact moment of its first delivery, you must contact us within a period of no more than 24 hours, providing screenshots from the destination platform.
